Refund & Return Policy

Nativ Hand strives to achieve the highest level of customer service. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the unused item within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price.

Sale/discounted items and custom orders are not eligible for a refund.

Return Instructions:

1. First, contact us to confirm that your item is eligible for return.
2. All products must be returned in the same condition it was received, in the original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
3. Enclose your order number, customer name, and address with the item.
4. All return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. You must provide a tracking number for your return package.
