Do NOT measure over clothing unless you plan on wearing them over clothing.

1. Wrap measuring tape around where you would like your beads to sit (beads are typically worn just above, below, or right around the navel). Please see our model photo
2. Do not suck or squeeze in your stomach while measuring.
3. Allow some wiggle room for bending, seating and other movements. (Beads must not be too tight but also not very loose).
4. Repeat the process just to double-check the accuracy of your original measurement.

Please note: Do not use manufacturers’ clothing sizes as a gauge for your waist size.
